SKOS2OWL is based on the GenTax approach developed by Martin Hepp and Jos de Bruijn.
The SKOS2OWL tool was developed by Martin Hepp and Andreas Radinger at the Semantics in Business Information Systems Group (SEBIS) at the University of Innsbruck, Austria.
